太子學舍宿網報修流程
太子學舍房間內有線網路，係使用學校學術網路，如住戶於房間使用網路時，遇到突然斷線、無法登入、網速過慢或資安事件通報等情況時，可至櫃檯填寫【宿網使用故障報修單】，由舍區網管人員協助排除，宿網報修流程如下：
- 至居住當棟櫃檯填寫【宿網使用故障報修單】：請依報修單內容，詳細敘明故障情況及聯絡資訊。
- 舍區網管人員受理報修申請：網管人員至櫃檯依據報修單內容所述，與報修住戶聯繫，協助故障排除或判定故障原因。
- 特殊狀況解決：因網路線路等硬體設備造成無法上網，將後送廠商或學校計中協助排除。
備註：
- 舍區網管人員僅負責確認房間有線網路之暢通，其餘個人私自安裝的設備(含安裝「無線分享器」)不在服務範圍內。
- 若有其他網路使用需求，如：遊戲、競賽…等，請自行申請民間電信網路。
- 學舍網站在會員服務-說明文件，有公告宿舍網路設定操作說明，櫃檯亦備有【宿舍網路設定操作手冊】提供住戶借用。

Prince House Internet Repair Request Procedure
All rooms in Prince House are equipped with hard wired internet access to Taiwan Academic Network (TANet) provided through NTU. If tenants encounter problems such as sudden disconnection, access denied, slow connections, an information security report, and so on, when using the internet in the room, please fill out the【Dormitory Internet Repair Request Form】 at the front desk, and the internet management personnel will assist in resolving the situations. The repair process is as follows:
- Fill out the【Dormitory Internet Repair Request Form】at your residingbuilding front desk: Please fill in detailed descriptions of the situation and contact information.
- Dormitory network management crew process the request: the personnel will contact you from the front desk according to the information on the form, and resolve the problem or determine possible causes.
- Abnormal situations: when the situation is caused by the malfunction of hardware facilities, such as the network wire, we will contact the manufacturers or NTU computer center to solve the problem.
Note:
- The network management personnel of the building is only responsible for confirming the accessibility of the hardwired connection in the room, other devices installed by the tenant, including the Wi-Fi router AP, are not included in the service.
- If you have other needs demanding more Internet services, such as: video games, game competitions, etc., please contact an off-campus private telecommunication service provider.
- The dormitory Internet setting instructions are posted on Prince House website at member service-expository document , and a hard copy of "Dormitory Internet Setting Manual" is also available at the front desk for tenants to borrow.
