換房作業變更公告

為了建立公平換房制度，換房申請作業將作變更，變更內容重點如下：

1、單人房(含溫馨套房)欲換到不同房型，或其他房型要換到單人房(含溫馨套房)者，皆須登記參加抽籤，不接受指定對象換房。

2、單人房(含溫馨套房)與相同房型互換，或二、三人房型間互換，仍可指定同學互調床位。

3、登記抽籤換房者，不受原住宿房型限制。

以上換房作業變更，自114年9月開始實施。

Announcement of New Room Change Operations

In order to establish a fair housing exchange system, the application process for housing exchange will be changed, and the key points of the changes are as follows:

1. Those who want to change to a different room type for a single room (including a Shui Yuan Suite) or a single room (including a Shui Yuan Suite) for another room type must register for the lottery, and the designated object will not be accepted to change the room.

2. Single rooms (including Shui Yuan Suite) can be exchanged with the same room type, or between twin room and triple room, and students can still be assigned to transfer beds.

3. Those who register for lottery and change rooms are not subject to the restrictions of the original accommodation room type.

The above changes to the house exchange operation will be implemented from September 2025.
