    太子學舍換房作業公告(Room Change Procedures)

    ◆ 換房作業公告 ◆

    1. 換房作業時間:每個月25日至當月月底,作業時間為上午9點至下午4點止,實際作業時間,以舍區每月公告為準。(每學期僅限換房一次;七、八月為配合住宿抽籤作業暫停換房)
    2. 換房登記時間:每個月20日早上9點開始受理【換房候補抽籤登記】,並於25日早上9點公開抽籤,依照抽籤序號排定換房候補順序,有換房需求,但未參加抽籤登記同學,25日9點後依照登記次序排在抽籤同學名單之後。
    3. 登記及抽籤地點:長興舍區A棟櫃檯,水源舍區B棟櫃檯登記時請詳細填寫姓名、現在房號、學號、手機、想換房型。
    4. 換房方式一、互換按全部登記同學需求互相配對房型;二、空房換房換房期間的空房按照抽籤順序安排(不是換房期間的空房優先安排給候補同學,不做保留)。
    5. 換房登記時效每人每月限登記抽籤一次,經發現有重複登記抽籤者,將逕行取消抽籤資格。當月登記資料不做累計,當月登記但未完成換房同學,需於下個月重新登記抽籤。
    6. 換房程序:互換或被通知可換到空房同學,請依照下列程序作業:

    注意:缺以下任何文件、簽名或輔導員蓋章等,櫃檯恕不受理該次辦理作業。

      1. 先至櫃檯填寫換房申請單並於假日前事先送交輔導員簽章(輔導員假日休)
      2. 至原住宿櫃檯,借用櫃檯留存之住宿契約/生活公約等相關文件。
      3. 攜帶換房申請單、「學生證」正本及個人保留之住宿契約,及上述第二點借出之住宿文件,至櫃檯找房務人員辦理換房手續,辦理換房作業約需30分鐘。
    1. 租金繳交辦理換房手續前,須繳清當月之租金始得辦理換房,若換房日前繳款,請列印明細,以玆證明。
    2. 同學互換為配合新學期新生訂房作業,如欲跟即將退宿之交換生互換房間,最後受理換房日期,上學期為11月30日;下學期為4月30日。
    3. 房間整潔同學互換房間,換房前請各自將原房間整理乾淨,並於櫃台填寫【財產使用保管卡】及【換房檢查確認表】,點交新房間內物品及清潔度,並互換房間全部鑰匙及門禁磁扣換房後原住宿房床位為空床者,原住宿同學須將原房間清潔乾淨,經櫃檯人員檢查合格,並繳還原房間鑰匙後,始完成換房手續。
    4. 租金計算每月底換房後,新房間租金及押金自次月1日起算,若在完成換房後當月退宿者,仍以原房型返還租金餘額及押金申請換房至租金較高之房型時,應補足押金之差額;申請換房至租金較低之房型時,原房型溢繳之押金及租金抵繳換房後租金。

     Room Change Procedures ◆

    1. Time Period: Starting from 9 a.m., the 25th until 4 p.m. the last day of the month every month. For actual hours, please see the announcement every month. (Every student can request a room (ex)change once every semester. This service will be suspended in July and August for the move-in lottery for new tenants)
    2. File a Request: Requests to join the “Room Change Lottery” will be taken starting 9 a.m. on the 20th every month. The drawing will be conducted in public at 9 a.m. on the 25th to determine the order of room assigning. Those who wish to change their rooms but do not enter the lottery can still sign up after the drawing, and will be placed after the lottery list according to the time order of the requests taken.
    3. Venue: Front desk of Building A for Chang Hsing, Building B for Shui Yuan. Please make sure to include your name, current room number, student ID number, cell phone number, and your ideal room type.
    4. Methods: A.Exchange among tenants: All the requests will be collected and matched according the specified room types. B. Change to empty rooms: During the room change period, empty rooms will be assigned according the time order of change requests. (Rooms become available outside the room change period will be assigned to new tenants in the moving-in queue, not kept for the next room change.)
    5. Request validity period: Each tenant can only file the request once every month. Double or multiple entries for the lottery will disqualify all requests. The requests do not carry to the next month. Those whose change request is not successful should file again the next month.
    6. Procedure: When the room change request is successful, please follow the steps below:
      1. Please fill out a room change application form at the front desk and send it to the dorm counselor for signature or stamp.
      2. Go to your current building and borrow the copies of your lease contract/dorm living agreement kept at the front desk.
      3. Bring the room change application form, your student ID, your copy of the lease contract, and the copies borrowed mentioned above. to the room arrangement personnel at the front desk. Please leave 30 minutes for the paperwork.
    1. Payment: Room change request will not be processed until the rent of the month is paid. Please bring the payment receipt as proof if the payment is paid only the day before the change.
    2. Exchange among Tenants: As new tenants move in at the beginning of the semesters, if you are to exchange rooms with students who are leaving the dorm, the last date to do so is November 30th for first semester (Fall) and April 30th for the second semester (Spring).
    3. Room Inspection: Two tenants exchanging rooms should take the responsibility and clean their original rooms before the exchange, and fill out the “Property Maintenance Checklist” and “Room Change Confirmation” at the front desk, check the furniture and for cleanness of the rooms, and exchange the keys and the key fob. When the tenant is leaving an empty room/bed, Prince House front desk staff will inspect the original room for cleanness and damage of furniture before the tenant returns the keys and the process is completed.
    4. Rent Amount: After the change period at the end of the month, the rent and deposit for the new room will be calculated from the 1st of the next month. If the tenant moves out in the same month of the exchange, the reimbursed remaining rent and deposit will be calculated as the original room’s rate. When moving into a room of higher rent, the tenant needs to make up for the differences of the deposit. When moving into a room of lower rent, the exceeding amount of the rent and deposit will go towards the next rent payment.
