鑒於太子學舍自營運起，鑰匙重製等費用均未曾隨物價漲幅調整過，為反映實際物價與人工作業成本的變動，擬自112年3月起調整以下鑰匙售價；也請所有住戶體察其居住品質營運維護的艱辛！

Dear Residents:
While the commodity prices have been increasing, our prices to replace keys have never been raised since the business started at Prince House. As such, we have planned to adjust the prices as listed below, starting this March, to reflect the price inflation and rising labor costs. Thank you for your understanding.
