    【太子學舍110學年度續約公告/ Lease Renewal】

    續 約 公 告

    親愛的同學,您好:

        感謝您的愛護與支持! 110學年度太子學舍-臺大長興舍區及水源舍區續約事宜,僅訂於4/15(四)09:00開始作業,請詳閱下列續約步驟,以確保您的住宿權益,配合內政部住宅租賃契約書範本修正,110學年度台大太子學舍長興暨水源舍區住宿契約及生活公約有作部分內容增修,為了提供現有住戶優先審閱權,請先參閱學舍網站範本(與簽訂合約內容相符),以決定是否續約。

    步驟一:【續約意願調查】

    請於110年4月15日(四) 09:00至110年5月20日(四)21:00止,至臺大太子學舍網站進行續約意願調查。

    【續約意願填選流程說明】:

    一、

    以瀏覽器進入臺大太子學舍網站。(http://ntudorm.prince.com.tw)

    二、

    在首頁右上方點選[會員登入]。

    三、

    登入後請於首頁點選[會員服務],並於畫面左方點選[意願調查]。

    四、

    請選擇所屬舍區,進入畫面後請點選[是](續約)或 [否](不續約)。

    五、

    點選「續約」之同學,請於5/1開始至櫃檯辦理紙本續約手續
    點選「不續約」之同學,請開啟日期視窗,點選預定退宿日期

    步驟二:【紙本續約作業】

    已完成線上續約意願調查,選擇續約同學,請攜帶學生證,於110年5月1日 (六) 09:00至110年6月15日(二)16:00止,至居住當棟櫃檯簽訂紙本契約。

    【注意事項】:

    一、

    若未於期限內完成網站續約意願調查與櫃檯紙本續約作業者,依住宿契約第二條第二款,視為同意不續約。續約截止日後,學舍房間將全數釋出,不續約者須於契約截止前辦理退宿。

    二、

    本次續約住宿期間為簽約日起至111年8月31日。

    三、

    避免影響其他同學之權益,請不續約同學務必點選退宿日期,並於8月31日前完成退宿手續,以便空房調整及暑期住宿。8月起退宿視同合約到期不扣違約金,退宿當月並以退宿日計算租金。

    畢業同學於6、7月退宿均不扣違約金(一個月內繳交畢業證書影本至櫃檯),退宿當月並以退宿日計算租金。

    辦理紙本續約手續前,請務必確認當月租金完成繳交與消防講習通過。未參加消防講習者,請先找當棟輔導員填寫補測單。

    Lease Renewal

    Dear Tenants:

        Thank you for your love and support. We would like to announce that NTU-Prince House Shui Yuan and Chang Hsing lease renewal for the Academic Year of 2021 will start from 09:00, (Thu.) April 15. Please read through the following instruction carefully to protect your rights.In line with the revision of the Ministry of the Interior sample residential lease contract, the Prince House NTU Chang Hsing and Shui Yuan lease contract for Academic Year 2021 and Accommodation Regulations has also been partly revised. We would like to offer our current tenants the right to review the contract first, please refer to Prince House website the sample (which is consistent with the revised contract) to decide whether to renew the contract.

    STEP 1:【Renewal intention survey】:

        Please log on NTU Prince House website and complete the survey during 09:00, (Thu.) April 15 to 21:00, (Thu.) May 20, 2021.

    【Online survey Instructions】:

    A.

    Log on Prince House website on a browser. (http://ntudorm.prince.com.tw)

    B.

    Click on “Sign in” in the top right corner on home page.

    C.

    After signing in, click on “Member Service” on the top, and then “Need Survey” on the left column.

    D.

    Select your campus, and choose “yes”(to renew the lease) or “no” (for not renewing).

    E.

    If you click “yes”, please go to the front desk to start the renewal procedure starting from May 1. If you click “no”, please open the calendar and choose checkout date.

    STEP 2:【Paperwork】:

    After filling out the survey, if you wish to renew the lease, please bring your student ID to your front desk to sign a hard copy lease contract between 09:00 (Sat.) May 1, 2021 to 16:00 (Tue.) June 15, 2021.

    【NOTE】:

    1.

    As specified on the lease contract in Article 2 Item 2, NOT completing both the online survey and the hard copy lease contract within the designated period of time is an expression of intention to terminate the lease. After the renewal period ends, Prince House will release all vacancies to new tenants, current tenants should proceed with check-out procedure before current lease ends if they do not renew the lease.

    2.

    The lease will start on the date of the renewal signature and ends on August 31, 2022.

    3.

    Please help protect other tenants’ rights, and make sure to select a checkout date and finish all procedure by August 31 if you choose to move out so that summer tenants can be assigned to new rooms and check in more smoothly. Leaving on any date in August does not breach the contract and therefore have no penalty. The rent of the month will be reimbursed, calculated to the day according to the actual length of stay.

    4.

    Penalty do not apply for checking out in June or July because of graduation and losing student identity either. (However, please submit a photocopy of graduation certificate to front desk within a month.) The rent of the month will be reimbursed, calculated to the day according to the actual length of stay.

    5.

    Before signing the new lease, please make sure to have submitted the rent of the month and finish the fire drill. Those who have not yet passed the fire drill, please see the dormitory counselor for make-up session slip.
